Infrared Sauna

The infrared sauna differs from traditional saunas in that a dry heat of up to 60°C develops inside it. Therefore, there is no feeling of excessive heat that can cause pressure drops or discomfort.
The heat “bath” in our sauna gives a pleasant feeling of well-being and relaxation, comparable to exposure to the sun.

The infrared penetrates the body up to 4 mm and acts by triggering the rise in temperature of the irradiated body tissues. In this way there are a number of beneficial effects, such as relaxation of contracted muscles, increased blood flow and organic detoxification. The treatment is particularly suitable for improving sports performance, relieving persistent pain, normalizing blood pressure and reducing chronic fatigue. Ideally, after the session, which lasts between 20 and 45 minutes, it is advisable to perform a relaxing massage or a mud treatment.
